・各時間帯のツアーを１グループ(1~6名)のみの、貸切プライベートツアーになります。 Our tour style is private tour. Only your group on each slot. ・犬ぞりに必要なアウターギアは全て無料レンタルです。（防寒着上下、防寒靴、グローブ、帽子、ゴーグルまたはサングラス) Winter jacket, pants, insulated boots and gloves, cap, goggles rental included ・ツアー中はガイドがデジタル一眼レフで写真と動画を撮ります。そのデータを全て無料で差し上げます。（iPhone, SDカード(class 10規格)を持参ください。） We shoot many photos and some video while tours. We give these data to you after dog sledding. Do not forget to bring memory device or iPhone. high speed SD card or USB memory recommended. マッシングワークス の犬ぞりはオリジナルの二人乗り！(通常の犬ぞりは1人乗りが多いです) 大人(18歳以上)2名、または大人と子供(10歳以上)の組合せで、自分たちで運転します。大人１名＋児童(9歳以下)1名の場合は、ガイドが同乗して操縦をサポートします。 Our dog sled is double driver style sled for two people. One of you must be an adult for driving and safe. Only kids prohibited. その他ご要望がある場合は事前にご相談ください。 Feel free to ask anything if you have some question. 準備、操縦の説明(30min.)、ツアー(1hr)、終了後の犬とのふれあいやティータイム(30min.)の、約2時間 2 hours tour time include wearing clothing, instruction how to drive a sled and control doggies, dog sledding and tea time. 犬ぞりに乗っている時間は約1時間で、約12kmの距離を走ります。 Running time is approx. one hour, about 12km trail. 1名ないしは2名で参加の場合は、スタートからゴールまでの全てを犬ぞりに乗って走れます。途中の休憩時に、前後にある乗る位置を交代することも可能です。 ３名で参加の場合は、犬ぞりの定員は2名なので、残りの1名はガイドの運転するスノーモービルに乗ります。途中で犬ぞりの運転を交代して全員が犬ぞりの運転を楽しめます。 Our dog sled is for 2 people. Your members are 3 and over 3 people, please take turn drivers when we often stop on the way for taking a break for doggies. ４名以上のグループの場合は2台の犬ぞりをご用意します。12kmあるコースの途中でメンバーを交代しながら走ります。 We can offer 2 dog sleds in case of your members 4 and over 4 people. 5〜6名の場合は犬ぞりのドライバーを途中で交代しながら走りましょう。 犬ぞりに乗る人の体重の合計は、頑張ってくれる犬達の負担を考慮して150kgまでとします。どうかご理解ください。 Maximum load weight is 150kg and under 150kg for sled dog welfare. 【お支払い方法/Payment】 ご予約後、案内に従い予約金をお支払いください。残りの金額は現地にて現金でお支払いください。 Please pay the balance in cash on that day. We charge 3% if you want to pay with credit card. 【キャンセルについて/Cancellation】 Please let us know cancellation 2 weeks before if you want to cancel your tour. We pay back full amount tour fare if you let us know it 2 weeks before. Sometime, weather is quite different eastern and western Hokkaido in winter. We do recommend to stay in our area the day before your tour for your safe. There are many hotels, restaurants and Onsen in Obihiro city, the biggest city in our area Tokachi 十勝. It takes just 1 hour by car or bus between Obihiro and our kennel. If you can not come to our kennel due to bad weather where you stay outside Tokachi area, we can not refund.

キャンセルポリシー

予約の変更やキャンセルはできるだけ早くお知らせください。 予約日の２週間前よりキャンセル料金が発生いたします。 14日前から8日前：ツアー代金の50％ 7日前から当日：ツアー代金の100％ 悪天候や公共交通機関の遅延等の理由で、こちらがツアーの中止を判断した場合は代金は全額ご返却いたします。 病気やケガが原因によるキャンセルの場合は、診断書を提示していただければツアー代金の50%をご返却いたします。
